The Autodesk Community Philippines will be holding the very FIRST BIM Conference in the Philippines. It will be held in DE LA SALLE SANTIAGO ZOBEL SCHOOL AYALA ALABANG on SEPTEMBER 15 and 16, 2018 from 9:00 in the morning until 5:00 in the afternoon.

How to isolate objects and hide it. 1. Type the " isolateobjects " in the command line (without the quotes). Select the objects you want to isolate.  2. Another options select first the object you want to isolate. Right-click in the drawing area and select Isolate Objects. Only the selected objects are displayed. All other objects are hidden. 3. To redisplay hidden objects, right-click in the drawing area and select Isolate End Object Isolation. Its same process with hide object 4. Select the objects you want to hide.  5. Right-click in the drawing area and select Isolate Hide Objects.  6. The selected objects are hidden. (It’s like the command action of layoff) 7. To redisplay hidden objects, right-click in the drawing area and select Isolate End Object Isolation.  Try to save, close, and reopen your drawing, the object is still there the time you isolate or hide.  TIP: Before hiding or isolating objects, set OBJECTISOLATIONMODE to 1.

Why Missing or Hidden: It is like hide and seek sometimes you are not aware you did it or surprisingly you don't.  Unless there is a plugin that pop-ups in you Revit someone who hides your modelled element. 1. Properties--> Under Structural--> Checked out or ticked the "STRUCTURAL". It depends on the discipline you are working on in the model. This happens when the 3D model element is showing but the plan and section are missing. 2. Look or Hit the Visibility Graphics? Under model categories, Annotation Categories, and Filter. It's all there for you to check and find out. For example, steel won't show a stick symbol. Check the visibility graphics, next model categories, look at the structural framing under that tick the stick symbol. 3. Reveal or un-Hide HIDDEN ELEMENTS. It's a blue bulb icon.
